These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to all persons using this website, located at www.legalizapp.com (the "Website" or the "Online Store"). These Terms and Conditions constitute the general contracting conditions and, together with Purchase Orders, corresponding Purchase Confirmations, and other Contractual Documents of the Site, govern the relationship between LegalizApp and: (i) customers and/or users who use the Website and purchase products through electronic means and/or (ii) persons who visit the Website and consult or use its content. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

By using this Website, you declare that you have read and understood the Site's Contractual Documents, Privacy Notice, and Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by the statements and clauses they establish.

1. Background

LegalizApp has developed the Website so that any user or customer, located in Mexico or abroad, can purchase any of the products and/or services included in our Catalog. The use of this Website is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. If you use this site from another country, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with both Mexican laws and those in effect in your jurisdiction.

2. LegalizApp Mexico Declarations

LegalizApp declares: (i) that it is a digital platform owned by Jesús Rodolfo Padilla Bedoya; (ii) that LegalizApp's main activity is selling the products and services contained on the Website and serving as a communication platform between clients and/or users and attorneys to provide the legal advice they request; and (iii) that the owner developed the Website so that LegalizApp's clients and/or users can electronically acquire the products and/or services shown in the Catalog under the terms agreed in the corresponding Purchase Order and Purchase Confirmation.

3. Declarations of the Client and/or User

The LegalizApp client and/or user declares, on their own behalf: (i) to be a natural person, over 18 years of age, and to have full legal capacity to be bound under this agreement; (ii) to have their domicile located, for the purposes of this contract, at the address provided to LegalizApp when registering their online account; (iii) that they wish to register on the Website to create an account allowing them to purchase products and/or services offered on the Site; (iv) that they are aware that all transactions made on the Website, either by themselves or by a third party using their passwords, will be attributable to the LegalizApp client and/or user.

4. Description of Services

LegalizApp is a digital platform designed to provide various digital legal tools for orientation, information, and legal management to individuals with needs in different areas regarding possible solutions.

In addition to offering legal consultations, LegalizApp sells contracts, notices, and other legal documents offered on the Website, as well as audiovisual products available on the portal.

LegalizApp also assists users in carrying out procedures before various government authorities, with prior authorization from clients and/or users.

LegalizApp is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government office. The basis and support for our services and information lie in the current legal framework applicable when the client and/or user contracts our services.

All forms from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Institute of Migration, Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, National Institute of Copyright, and any other governmental authority do not require the use of LegalizApp's Site and Services to be completed or submitted.

5. Access or Use Restrictions Applicable on the Site

Anyone can visit and browse the Website. However, only registered clients with an account can make online purchases. Customers wishing to purchase merchandise must register on the Website to open an account.

Restriction for minors and legally incapacitated persons. To register and purchase on this Website, you must be at least 18 years old. LegalizApp does not knowingly encourage or allow minors to use this Website. If you are under 18 or your contractual capacity is limited by applicable law, you must not send us Purchase Orders or use our Website in any way.

Accessing our Website using login information that is not yours or from a server you are not authorized to use is prohibited.

Sending false, inconsistent, or misleading information, as well as failing to provide relevant application information, may result in inadequate legal advice, which may cause rejection of a procedure or failure of an implemented measure. If this results from your negligence, LegalizApp shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

6. Account and Information

To access and purchase products from LegalizApp's platform, you must create an account with a username and password. By creating the account, you agree to provide your personal information and keep it updated. You also agree NOT to create the account on behalf of a third party. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password.

You are responsible for the use of your account, and in the event you become aware of unauthorized use, you must notify LegalizApp within five business days from the moment you become aware of it.

By creating your account, you agree to receive electronic communications from LegalizApp, including offers, news, account updates, and application updates. If at any time you wish to stop receiving these communications, you can unsubscribe by clicking the link in each communication.

7. Use of the Account

By accessing our web platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the site and services solely as authorized by LegalizApp. Any rights not expressly granted by LegalizApp are reserved. The sale or distribution of any material available on this site without the express written consent of LegalizApp is prohibited. All information and resources on our website are authorized for your personal use only.

LegalizApp reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you breach any clause in the Site's Contractual Documents or allow a third party to do so. In such a case, LegalizApp may cancel your account and prohibit your access or use of the Website. Engaging in activities that violate these clauses may also constitute a legal violation (including intellectual property, commercial, telecommunications, or criminal law). LegalizApp reserves the right to pursue legal action to defend its rights or those of any Website client or user.

8. License Granted by the Client and/or User

When you, the client and/or user, transmit any information, content, material, or data to or through the Site or Services, that is not intended for account creation or form/application preparation ("User Content"), you grant LegalizApp and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content worldwide and in any media.

LegalizApp is not obligated to: (a) maintain any User Content you submit; (b) compensate you for any User Content; or (c) respond to any User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and licenses for the User Content you submit and that LegalizApp's use of such content does not violate or infringe on the rights of any individual or entity.

9. Sale of Goods; Contracting and Payment for Items

Password Use.When creating an account on the Website, our platform will link your email to the security password that you choose, which only you should know. In this way, your password is associated with your identity and customer profile on the Website. You will only be able to carry out transactions if you access the Website using your secret password. Under the provisions of the Commercial Code, the use of this password allows us to identify you in the digital environment and attribute to you the acts and transactions you carry out in the Online Store. LegalizApp has the right to: (i) assume that data messages associated with your electronic signature or account originate from the customer linked to said signature and/or account and to act in accordance with the received message (e.g., processing a product purchase); and (ii) consider that the data message we received corresponds expressly to what you intended to send us.

Information Provided to the Customer Before the Transaction.Before placing your Order, you may review the features and technical specifications of the product and the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase (including price, charges, payment methods, and special conditions that may apply to delivery). Additionally, all purchases are governed by these Terms and Conditions and the Delivery Policy. If you have any questions regarding the merchandise or service you intend to purchase, please contact LegalizApp. Before placing your Order, our Online Store will allow you to review the selected items, quantities, total price to be paid, and applicable taxes.

Prices. Item prices are listed in pesos, the legal currency of the United Mexican States. Unless otherwise stated, item prices shown on the Website include applicable taxes, shipping, and delivery charges.

Online Payments. Payments made through the Website are processed via Stripe, an authorized third party that manages online collections. Stripe complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), ensuring the protection of users' banking information. LegalizApp does not access or store confidential card information, as Stripe encrypts and manages this data directly on its secure servers.

The Website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificates to protect data transfer, ensuring that all user-entered information is encrypted end-to-end. Additionally, we implement administrative, technical, and physical measures to guarantee the security, integrity, and confidentiality of users' personal and financial data. Electronic Invoices. After you receive your Purchase Confirmation, you will have the option to request an invoice. Please click on the "Request Invoice" button; your electronic invoice will be emailed to you. If you wish to request an invoice later for an online or in-store purchase, email admin@legalizapp.com. Your invoice will usually be sent within 24 hours after your request.

10. Obligations of Website Customers and Users:

  • Comply with all clauses in these Terms and Conditions and the Site's Contractual Documents.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. The Customer and/or User must notify LegalizApp of any changes to previously submitted information using the options provided in our Privacy Notice.
  • Keep their website password and any data related to their electronic signature confidential. If you believe your account or password confidentiality has been compromised, notify LegalizApp immediately. You are responsible for all transactions made through your account until such notification is made. LegalizApp assumes no responsibility for such transactions.
  • The User agrees not to use the Website to:
    • participate in, encourage, or promote criminal activity or infringe on third-party rights or laws;
    • impersonate another person or entity or misuse any membership rights;
    • share through the Website any harmful software or code (e.g., viruses, trojans, worms) that may damage, spy, interfere with, or extract information from our systems or users.
  • Jesús Rodolfo Padilla Bedoya operates this Website but is not responsible for ensuring that all parties comply with the law. He is not liable for third-party content that may be misleading, defamatory, threatening, false, or pornographic. He may investigate any reported or perceived illegal conduct, either on his own or at the request of a third party. 11. Intellectual Property

Site Content Ownership. All Site Content is owned by Jesús Rodolfo Padilla Bedoya or relevant authorities and is protected by Mexican and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Registered Trademarks. LegalizApp, its designs, and logos are registered trademarks of Jesús Rodolfo Padilla Bedoya and may not be copied or used without prior written consent. Page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts are also protected intellectual property.

Use Restrictions. Unless expressly stated in the Site's Contractual Documents, no Site Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, downloaded, displayed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission. You may electronically copy or print materials for personal, non-commercial use only. All other uses are prohibited without written consent.

Software. Any software available or used on the Site may only be used according to the license granted in these Terms. Jesús Rodolfo Padilla Bedoya retains all intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without express permission.

12. Website Usage Risks; No Guarantees

Use of the Website is at your own risk. The Website and its materials are provided "as is" without warranties. LegalizApp does not guarantee that the information is accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose or that the Website is error-free. LegalizApp is not responsible for typographical errors or viruses. We recommend using up-to-date antivirus software. Mention of products or services does not imply endorsement.

13. Limitation of Liability

LegalizApp and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, including loss of profits, goods, data, or computer failure. In no case will LegalizApp's liability exceed the amount you paid within six months prior to the claim.

14. Limited Scope Legal Representation Agreement

Legal advice provided by LegalizApp is limited to the platform's services and does not cover future legal situations. If needed, LegalizApp may refer you to legal experts. Advice is limited to the acquired tool or service. LegalizApp trusts the accuracy of client information and is not liable for false or incorrect data provided by users.

15. Termination

LegalizApp may terminate your license to use the Site at any time. Other contractual documents remain in effect after termination.

16. Assignment of Rights and Obligations

Customers may not assign their rights and obligations. LegalizApp is authorized to assign its rights and obligations to third parties.

17. Modifications

LegalizApp may modify these Terms and other legal documents. The new version will be published with the last updated date. If changes are substantial, LegalizApp will attempt to notify you. Changes become effective 30 calendar days after publication. Continued use of the Website implies acceptance.

18. Severability

If any provision is deemed illegal or invalid, it will be disregarded, but the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.

19. Waiver of Rights

Failure to enforce any rights does not imply waiver. Waivers must be in writing.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If you are dissatisfied with any items purchased, please contact us. We will try to resolve your issue within 30 business days. For interpretation and compliance, the parties submit to the laws of the United Mexican States. Disputes may be taken to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency and, if unresolved, to the competent courts in Guadalajara, Jalisco, waiving any other jurisdiction.
